Dan Murphy- Vice President - Dan has been a Commercial Property & Casualty broker serving his clients since 1975. Dan's entire business career has been on the brokerage side specializing in the design and placement of insurance and risk management programs for mid-sized companies and nonprofit organizations. He graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working towards his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. Dan and his wife have 2 married children, a wonderful son-in-law and daughter-in-law and 2 incredible grandchildren. His interests include running, water sports, the Cubs and searching for that perfect golf swing.

Alan Harder - Risk Management Specialist – Alan works with mid-sized businesses providing risk management solutions and property/ casualty insurance. Having grown up in Bogota, Colombia Alan has an understanding of different languages and cultures. His diverse background enables him to think out of the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. Alan graduated from Wheaton College and has a MA in Biblical Exegesis. He loves high octane outdoor activities like scuba diving, rock-climbing and mountain biking. He has completed the Chicago marathon twice and enjoys being able to rise to a challenge. He is a member of the Museum of Contemporary Art and is active in several Chicago charities.

Eric Dawson - Risk Management Specialist - Eric provides risk management solutions along with property/casualty insurance to small to mid-sized businesses. From Bloomington, Illinois Eric headed to Champaign after high school where he attended the University of Illinois and studied Finance. After graduation, Eric moved to Chicago where he still lives in the Lakeview neighborhood and began his career in insurance. Eric enjoys playing golf and tennis, going to the beach, and traveling with friends and family.

Judy Czosek - Marketing Manager - Judy has been with Meeker-Magner since 1977. She and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys attending all of her grandson's baseball, basketball and football games as well as going to her granddaughter's dances recitals and competitions. When she is not busy with her grandchildren she enjoys traveling.

Dale Hoeppner - Account Manager - Dale has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and with the Meeker-Magner Company since 1996. She enjoys client contact and the servicing of commercial accounts with a passion to exceed expectations. She also volunteers as a board member at a local high school's parent club. Dale and her husband of over 35 years enjoy traveling as a family. They have three great sons and one beautiful, talented daughter.
